Baby SN 1st check-up

I have been so bounded and trussed up with Shafiq Nazhan that it took me some time to update my blog. This story might be a little back-dated but still I wanted to update it as it was one of baby SN's precious moment that I would like to treasure.

Last Monday; 08/06/09, baby SN was having his first check up two weeks after he was born. As incik hubby was having another appointment, he couldn't be with us to the clinic for the check-up. Thus, umi have to drive the car (as I was not allowed to drive) to A-t-qah's house and picked her up to become the 2nd driver and the translator (as always!). *masa umi drive, lalu jalan celah2 rumah orang jer lah coz umi takde international liscense ... then a-t-qah plak drive ikut jalan besar gi klinik..huhuhu*.

Nazhan's blood sample was taken for the second time in order for the clinic to perform jaundice check as the first result were showing 50-50 possibilities of having jaundice. That's why another test has to be carried out to really confirmed that he's free from jaundice. However, the paeditrician (who is also the father of my gynae) told us that if it is a 50-50 possibilities, we dont really have to worry much as the 2nd test will usually be negative of having jaundice. Hopefully Nazhan is free from that disesase *tolong doakan ye kawan2 supaya baby SN dijauhkan dari demam kuning nih*.

Nazhan behaves really well at the clinic as he didnt even meragam at all..nangis pon sikit je masa nurse amik darah kat tapak kaki kecil dia tuh. His weight during his 14th days in this world is 3.3kg. As I fully breastfeed my baby, the paed encourage me to breastfeed Nazhan as much as he asked for it .

Check-up on my blood pressure, my weight and my v-section were also performed. Ooh La La La ...my weight after 2 weeks giving birth to baby SN is 50.1kg! Dude...that means I just have to lose another 3kg if I want to have my usual weight before pregnant..... well done diet program trained by umi ..hik3x.

Before going home, Nagano Clinic gave us special gift i.e printed picture of our family taken on the last day at the clinic and also a small emerald ring specially for Shafiq Nazhan. Once home, daddy has make a special photoshoot of baby SN wearing his emerald ring hehehe .
